Project Engineer

Lead electrical installation for solar and energy projects, from site teams to final client handover.

What you’ll do

• Lead electrical installation and construction for solar and energy projects, ensuring timely delivery and technical compliance.
• Manage site teams, contractors, and technicians for efficient resource allocation and smooth work transitions.
• Monitor project progress and electrical deliverables for compliance with plans, safety, quality, and technical standards.

What we’re looking for

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in electrical and solar field operations, with a proven track record of managing fast-paced, multi-site, and multi-shift projects.
• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of solar PV and electrical installation standards, testing and commissioning, QC inspection and sign-off protocols, and real-time project tracking tools.
• Mobility: Must be 100% field-mobile and willing to oversee site operations, night-shift transitions, troubleshooting, and final client handovers.
